Twenty builders gather in an intimate, off-the-beaten-path venue to work alongside each other for several hours, with dedicated focus time followed by mandatory three-minute demos from every participant. The session combines uninterrupted building time with a hard-timer demo format where all attendees must present their work, creating accountability and shared momentum among technically-focused builders. This curated Core format differs from the larger Open sessions by limiting attendance to serious builders working on deep technical projects who are willing to make the commitment to an inconvenient location.
